A North Miami Beach resident has found this beautiful Scottish Fold cat, who is obviously someone’s missing pet.  The resident wants nothing more than to find the owners of this beautiful cat, who must be frantic with worry.  No reward is being sought other than to make sure the kitty and family are reunited.
