I just received word that the lawsuit, Burns v. Tondreau, et al, was dismissed.  The judge deemed that he did not have jurisdiction over the proceedings.

The Plaintiff, Kevin Burns, told me that his lawyers are working this weekend to file an appeal on Monday before the 3rd District Court of Appeals.
