I just received word that the Third District Court of Appeals agreed to hear the Plaintiff’s appeal in the case of Burns v. Tondreau, et al.

By the time they get around to getting rid of her, it will be time for another election. If she is thrown out does that mean she pays for the protection she had and any vote she made would be recinded?

I’m no expect, but I’m pretty sure she would simply be removed from office, and charges could be filed against her.
everything she had done in office would likely remain untouched unless the council specifically wanted to address anything in particular, which political hacks usually don’t want to waste their capital on.
