Just as I suspected, MIRAMAR resident/homeowner Pradel Vilme has publicly announced that he’s running for office in North Miami Beach on Tuesday, May 5, 2015.
Even though he is a bona fide resident of MIRAMAR, with a 100% homestead exemption on a property he owns at 16843 SW 50 Street, MIRAMAR, Florida 33027, he is still planning on throwing his hat in the ring to run against Councilwoman Marlen Martell.
The North Miami Beach City Charter clearly states in Article III, Section 11 that, “Each candidate, at the time of qualifying with the clerk, must have continuously resided in the City of North Miami Beach for at least one (1) full year.”
The City of North Miami Beach has officially announced that the List of Qualifying Dates begins Monday, March 23, 2015 and ends Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 12:00 noon.
In order for Pradel Vilme to run for a seat on the City Council in North Miami Beach, he would have had to establish bona fide residency prior to Friday, March 28, 2014.
On May 7, 2014, a full forty (40) days after March 28, 2014, I posted a blog about Pradel Vilme’s homesteaded residence in MIRAMAR, as well as a screen shot of his Facebook page, on which he claimed to live in Miami Beach. He only recently updated his Facebook page to claim that he lives in North Miami Beach.
Pradel Vilme is also a real estate agent, whose License Number BK3010735 is registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. According to the DBPR, the license holder’s “License Location Address” is “the address where the place of business is physically located.” The Main Address is described as “the Primary Address on file.” Pradel Vilme, Real Estate Broker, lists both his License Location Address and Main Address as: 16843 SW 50 ST MIRAMAR, FL 33027.

Pradel Vilme’s corporation, Ledarp Enterprises, Inc., which is located at the COMMERCIAL PROPERTY address of 1733 NE 162 Street, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162 (a/k/a The House of Non-Profits). The Registered Agent of this corporation is Pradel Vilme, with a RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY address of 16843 SW 50 Street, MIRAMAR, Florida 33027.
Here’s the thing.
As I mentioned above, in order for Pradel Vilme to run for office in North Miami Beach, he would have had to establish residency prior to Friday, March 28, 2014.
This is where it gets good.
The 2014 Annual Report for Ledarp Enterprises, Inc., which listed Pradel Vilme’s address as 16843 SW 50 Street, MIRAMAR, Florida 33027, was filed on …
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2, 2014!
A full five, count ’em five, days AFTER THE DEADLINE for him to establish residency for the May 5, 2015 North Miami Beach City Council election.
Now remember these two things:
1. Pradel Vilme cannot claim that he resides at 1733 NE 162 Street, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162. This property is zoned COMMERCIAL.
2. Pradel Vilme cannot claim that he filed his 2014 Annual Report prior to March 28, 2014. Annual Reports are filed electronically on the website of the Florida Department of Revenue, Division of Corporations, and are effective ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARE FILED.
Pradel Vilme is NOT a bona fide resident of North Miami Beach. He never was.
Just like I did with MIRAMAR resident Yvenoline Dargenson in the 2013 North Miami Beach election, I believe I have proven beyond all reasonable doubt that Pradel Vilme is not qualified to run for office in North Miami Beach on May 5, 2015.
And just like MIRAMAR resident Yvenoline Dargenson, Pradel Vilme is a Frantz Pierre plant, inserted into the election in order to advance his own personal (and failed) Haitian Agenda.
The City of North Miami Beach has just been put on notice that potential “candidate” Pradel Vilme is a CARPETBAGGER and a FRAUD.
If the City Clerk certifies his candidacy on March 28, 2015, armed with the knowledge that Pradel Vilme is not qualified to run, there truly will be lawlessness in North Miami Beach.
