Elementary, my dear Watson!

Holmes and WatsonThere must be a full moon.

Or something.

After all the speakers came up to the podium to talk about the mugshot issue (which I’ll blog about later on), at last there was some comic relief.

The final speaker, who called himself Mr. Watson.

Or Jesus.

Or something.

He spoke on behalf of the United Religions of Earth.

He claimed that he came here to “fulfill bible prophesy.”

He also claimed that the City of North Miami Beach stole thousands of dollars from him.

Or from his lawn.

Or something.

Mr. Watson

I hurt myself laughing.

That was three minutes I’ll never get back.

But it was worth it every one of them.

  1. I saw this guy arrive as I was leaving the meeting last night. He drives a beat up early 80’s White dodge van and had a strange attitude when I warned him that there was close to 100 people in the chamber.

    1. He must have thought they were there for him. That was no “strange attitude.” It was his Messiah Moment!
