Oh, this is a “comic” strip that keeps going and going and going…! It’s time for a “Reality Show” on cable, starring the “crazy folks” employed/elected in North Miami.

  2. Public Records says:

no words…. but thanks for the LOL!

  3. Guest says:

Michael Ettienne. Another Bozo the clown.

It’s no accident that you can’t open those files. Those people will purposely stall you, give you misinformation, blow smoke and try to trip you up.
North Miami Police and Michael Ettienne. Legalized mafia.

  4. Ricardo says:

I will be more than happy to do it for you.

    1. Stephanie Kienzle says:

      BLOGS COMING!!!!

  5. Ellen says:

How can the tax payers of North Miami be so stupid to put up with this insanity? When are the people going to get off their collective butts and VOTE in the city elections? North Miami MUST have an appointed, intelligent, qualified, city clerk!

  6. Will says:

While the shiny facade of North Miami along Biscayne Boulevard would lead one to believe the city is going in the right direction, as with all facades, the devil is in the details lurking behind…craptastic W Dixie, a CRA zone, looks like the Bronx in the 1970s..shameful and shame on the city council and police that look the other way- Etiennne gets away with it for the same reasons the entire city govt. gets away with it, no one cares enough to demand change.
