In the race for North Miami’s District 4 council seat, Bona Fide Resident/Certified Teacher Alix Desulme faces a tough battle against Carpetbagger/Fake “Teacher” Carline Paul.
Thanks to Paul’s oh so cozy relationship with North Miami’s Circle of Corruption, and especially Police Chief Leonard Burgess, she scared up the PBA endorsement. The panel members of this organization who chose her obviously didn’t know – or didn’t care – about endorsing a person who lies about her profession and where she lives. The Fake “Teacher” got the Chief Lenny Seal of Approval and that’s all that mattered.
Fake “Teacher” Carline is also being aided and abetted by the Circle of Corruption’s honorary inductee, North Miami Beach Council Weasel Frantz Pierre, who skipped out on his own city’s Memorial Day Ceremony yesterday in order help Absentee Ballot Scam Artist Carline steal get votes.
Unlike Fake “Teacher” Carline, who has been up to all kinds of no good, Alix has been running an honorable and clean campaign. Because his record of integrity speaks for itself, he has earned the support of the people who matter in North Miami.
On May 21, 2015, Alix was officially endorsed by Mayor Smith Joseph!
Alix has also been officially endorsed by his former opponents, Jessica Alston and Roseline Phillipe and, as of last night, Beverly Hilton.
Fake “Teacher” Carline, who DOESN’T EVEN LIVE IN NORTH MIAMI, has received the support of the Circle of Corruption, most of whom are also non-residents.
But the people who live in North Miami, and especially in District 4, know that Alix Desulme is the right person to represent their interests at City Hall.
A vote for Alix is a vote for Fairness, Honesty and Integrity!

It’s apparent to me that if people don’t get out and vote for this man, then again, they get what they deserve. Does anyone do any type of research on the candidates? Where is this woman’s Florida State Teacher’s Certification? Is she “Highly Certified”?
Oh, this can go on, and on, and on…
Carline Paul, a/k/a Carline Jean, a/k/a Fake “Teacher” Carline is clearly a fraud. It’s common knowledge that she is neither a teacher nor a North Miami resident. If North Miami enforced its own residency laws, she would never have even qualified to run.
Aside from those inconvenient facts, Alix Desulme is infinitely more qualified to be a Councilman in his own right. I hope voters recognize his commitment to service, dedication to the young people of the community, and his undisputed integrity, and realize that he is the right choice to lead North Miami into the future.
Electing Alix would also send a huge message to future carpetbaggers that they’re not welcome in North Miami.
I really hope they get it right!
I don’t know if the North Miami Mayor, who has endorsed Alix for District 4, has gone on Haitian radio and told those listening to vote for Alix Desulme. The people need to be reminded of this multiple times each day and to tell their friends and neighbors to VOTE. If they don’t the entire city will have a big problem. PLEASE PEOPLE IN DISTRICT 4 MAKE SURE TO VOTE FOR ALIX DESULME!
Hey North Miamians….we need to get this right or we’ll suffer the outcome for years to come. You already know Alix’s track record. He represents fairness, transparency and respect towards all and not just his friends. As long as I’ve known him, he has been truly dedicated to North Miami. Let’s show our support by being dedicated to him. He’ll always be there for you and respond to any of your concerns timely, and he will make sure our District’s voice is truly represented by all and not just a select “few!” Please, let’s get this right this time! A VOTE FOR ALIX IS A VOTE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!! We’re overdue!!
