“Some are more equal than others.”

Protected classRight on the heels of lawyer Ben Kuehne’s eleventh continuation of his client’s CRIMINAL trial, the Florida Elections Commission granted North Miami Beach EX-Mayor/Current Felony Defendant Myron Rosner yet another Order of Continuing Case for each of the Complaints filed against him on April 13, 2011 and and April 26, 2011.

The Florida Elections Commission only holds four regular public meetings a year, during which they hear all the cases pending at the time.  These hearings take place in February, May, August and November each year.

The next chance for the Commission to hear Myron’s cases will be in August.

But then again, probably not.

You can bet that Ben will ask for, and probably will be granted, another continuance.

In the complaints filed against Myron, the Commission found probable cause that he is allegedly  in violation of Florida Statutes 106.07(5), 106.11(4), 106.19(1)(a), 106.19(1)(c) and 106.19(1)(d), all having to do with campaign expenditure violations by candidates, persons connected with a campaign, or political committees.

These cases have been dragging on for over four years thanks to Ben Kuehne’s expert delay tactics.

In a twist of irony, in 2014 – ONLY LAST YEAR – a complaint was filed against former North Miami City Council candidate Jean Marcellus for alleged  violations of campaign expenditures, two of which are the exact same violations  that Myron was charged with.

On May 20, 2015, the Florida Elections Commission voted 4 to 1 in favor of a “Motion to find a violation of Section 106.11(4) [Counts 1-34], Florida Statutes, and a violation of Section 106.19(1)(d) [Counts 35-68], Florida Statutes, and to impose a $100 fine each count, for a total fine of $6,800.”

Unfortunately, the poor schmuck never had a chance.  Going in, he already had three strikes against him.

For one thing, he didn’t hire Ben Kuehne.

For another, he didn’t marry CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE SARAH ZABEL.

And lastly, Marcellus is not a member of Katherine Fernandez Rundle’s “Protected Class.”

Even though the Florida Elections Commission has not yet heard Myron’s case, the complaints filed against him over four years ago led to his eventual arrest for campaign finance fraud.

But, thanks to Ben Kuehne, who’s been aided and abetted by Miami State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle, Myron’s CRIMINAL trial has been continued twelve times!

Here’s the thing.

Despite the fact that everyone knows exactly what’s going on, the corruptocrats in Miami-Dade County are still free to conduct their shady business.

Everyone also knows that the biggest problem of all is none other than the State Attorney herself, KFR!

One of my readers, NMB Lady, hit the nail on the head when she posted this comment in a recent column:

This is such a joke. I’m assuming someone is performing a “professional courtesy” for Myron’s family and laughing every time it gets kicked down the road. This is the “some are more equal than others” judicial system at its finest.

Obviously no stranger to insider information, regular reader Jose Lopez responded with:

“This” is nothing but the biggest cover up ever perpetrated by a State Attorney in the history of the state of Florida. Former Mayor Myron Rosner’s campaign manager Al Lorenzo was none other than Katherine Fernandez-Rundle and Mayor Carlos Gimenez’s campaign manager in 2013. Lorenzo paid soft monies to multiple “boleteras” in Hialeah and other areas in this county to reelect the listed officials. Fernandez-Rundle held back the indictment, arrest and now trial of Rosner to protect herself from the absentee ballot scandal that followed the 2013 election.

Kuhne, Joe Geller, Kendall Coffey and a few other prominent attorneys in this town defend the scum of the earth in this county and are protected by Rundle, her lap dog assistant Jose Arrojo and a group of corrupt prosecutors who traded all the ethical training they learned at law school for a salary and benefits (are you listening Howard Rosner, Johnnie Hardimann, Breezie Telfair?) will concoct any story to protect their master. Shame on all of these corrupt bastards who go to their offices everyday for the purpose of protecting theft, fraud and corruption. Rosner will get off with a few months of probation, no conviction on his record and will run for office again in the near future. They are currently on the fourth prosecutor assigned to the case because no one with any common sense wants to take over this case at the State Attorney’s Office.

You want to change the current situation we are in? Help vote Fernandez-Rundle and Gimenez out of office. The day the key to the State Attorney’s Office is taken away from these corrupted defense attorneys the likes of Rosner will be prosecuted just like they are in the rest of our country.

Miami State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle has been in office for TWENTY TWO YEARS!

That’s way too long for one person to have so much power.

Unlimted power‘Nuff said.

  1. It’s just such a pathetic joke what goes on in Miami-Dade County. Of course, North Miami is no longer the wonderful place to live that it once was.

  2. Sigh. Appropriate time to borrow a line from “Best Little Whorehouse in Texas”, I got myself a pretty good bullshit detector, and I can tell when somebody’s peeing on my boots and telling me it’s a rainstorm.
