Just how sleazy is #DirtyPolitician Mark @Weithorn2015? Wait for it!

Oh boyJust when you thought you’ve seen every dirty trick Miami Beach commission candidate Mark Weithorn could possibly think up, he outdoes his own sleazy self.

Via one of his many political committees, #DirtyPolitician Weithorn has launched a vicious smear campaign against his opponent, Ricky Arriola.  It’s now been revealed that all of Weithorn’s accusations were nothing but a pack of lies.

Arriola’s 1990 arrest for allegedly selling alcohol to a minor?

Turns out that Arriola’s wallet was stolen, and the thief used his identification to purchase the alcohol.

Which – DUH! – explains why the case was dismissed.

And the 2009 incident involving Arriola’s arrest for allegedly slapping a p***y b***h security guard?

Never happened.

Ricky Arriola explained to Miami New Times reporter Tim Elfrink, “I didn’t touch the man, but I told him off verbally to F off.  He got pissed off that I dressed him down in front of my girlfriend. Then he called cops and said I slapped his hand. Everyone who knows me knows that if we’re going there, I’m not going to slap his hand, I’d pop him in the face.”

worth the punishmentDamn straight!

But the best news of the day is that #Dirty Politician Mark Weithorn is finally getting the payback he so richly deserves.

For starters, as reported by the New Times article, Beach candidate sued after releasing opponent’s SSN, allegedly hitting process server, Ricky Arriola filed a lawsuit last week against Mark Weithorn, claiming that his opponent used un-redacted police reports in his mailers and in a television ad.  The article reported that Arriola “asked a judge for an emergency order to halt the ads and accuses Weithorn of violating his privacy by including his Social Security Number in the mailers and TV spots.”

As everyone knows, Social Security Numbers are fiercely guarded nowadays.  Identity theft is an extremely serious problem across the country, and especially in South Florida.  In February, the Palm Beach Post reported that Florida “Florida leads the nation in both fraud and identify theft complaints.”

Despite Weihorn’s disingenuous response to the New Times, “Ricky’s criminal record is a public record,” there should be no doubt that #DirtyPolitician Mark Weithorn’s sleaziest move so far was a deliberate attempt to cause a myriad of financial and legal problems for his opponent.  It doesn’t get more despicable than that.

Oh, wait.  It does.

According to process server Ivan Hadfeg, when he tried to serve #DirtyPolitician Mark Weithorn with this lawsuit, Mark “tried to speed away and clipped his leg with his car.”

Stay away from this guyMr. Hadfeg “called the police, who filed a report of aggravated battery over the claims.”

Police Chief EmailWeithorn, of course, denied hitting Mr. Hadfeg.

In a written statement to New Times, Weithorn claimed, “Never hit the process server.”

And, and of course, we’re supposed to believe him.

Because he says so.

Just like we’re supposed to believe that Mark’s company, DPI Showcase Websites is located at 2020 NE 163rd Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33162 as advertised on his website.

Because he says so.

Except that the City of North Miami Beach has no record of this business at that location.

A Code Enforcement Officer took these pictures of the business directory at the Twenty Twenty Professional Center on October 20, 2015 after I inquired about the Business Tax Receipt for DPI Showcase Websites.

2020 NE 163 St2020 NE 163 St (1)2020 NE 163 St (2)2020 NE 163 St (3)Nope.  No DPI Showcase Websites is listed on that directory!

#DirtyPolitician Mark Weithorn is either falsely using this North Miami Beach address for his business, or he is stealthily operating at that address (possibly as a sub-tenant) without registering or paying a Business Tax Receipt.

And, yes.  All the appropriate authorities have already been notified.

If that weren’t sleazy enough, I was also advised by a source that Mark Weithorn just got slapped with a $600.00 fine by the City of Miami Beach for filing his campaign financials late.

In any event, the New Times reported that the judge assigned to hear Ricky Arriola’s lawsuit issued “an emergency order prohibiting Weithorn from distributing his Social Security Number in any more ads.”

#DirtyPolitician Mark Weithorn is completely incapable of doing anything right.

Ever.

So naturally, he’s running for political office.

On Tuesday, November 3, 2015, please vote responsibly!

  1. The “dirt bag” should be sitting in JAIL! How dare he put anyone’s SSN anywhere! Some of his other “issues” should have had him in jail months/years ago! Is any of this stuff “due cause” to remove him from the ballot?

  2. Why isn’t this irrelevant little piss ant being fitted for an orange jump suit??? Why in hell do the voters in south Florida even take this ass clown as a serious candidate for any office???
