Frantzie Watch: The Hellion of NMB strikes again!

I will steal your soulWhere Frantzie goes, trouble follows.

The latest in a long line of complaints filed against North Miami Beach Councilcritter Frantz Pierre has resulted in a “no probable cause” finding by the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust.

This story wouldn’t even be blog-worthy if a blurb hadn’t appeared in the Miami Herald last weekend.  According to the article, the complaint was filed over “a fight that occurred Nov. 8 at Pierre’s church.”

Yes.  Church.  Of all places.

L’il Frantzie P, the Sociocopath of NMB, just can’t control himself.

Franztie’s uncanny “talent” for creating discord wherever he goes is equal only to his ability to worm his way out of trouble.

His well documented “rap sheet” so far includes:

Despite all the irrefutable proof available that Frantz Pierre has pushed the boundaries of ethical conduct and violated countless local and state laws, he has managed to avoid accountability by lying through his teeth, making false accusations about his victims, and intimidating witnesses into changing their testimony.  Time and time again, Frantzie’s stunning pattern of abuse of power, and the trail of chaos left in his wake, are completely ignored by the very agencies charged with protecting the public from predators like him.

The fact that he has thus far escaped prosecution can only be explained by State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle’s refusal to to bring corrupt politicians to justice.  It’s no coincidence that her former colleague, the erstwhile Chief of the Public Corruption Division, Joseph M. Centorino is now the Executive Director of the Ethics Commission.  Let ‘Em Go Joe apparently still marches to the beat of Kathy’s drum.

After all, it’s Kathy Rundle’s world.  We only live in it.

In civilized society, differences of opinion are resolved by discussion and compromise.

In Le Monde de Frantzie, however, disagreements can only be resolved when factions are formed and the police are involved.

The most recent Frantzie fracas occurred at a church, according to the latest Probable Cause Memorandum issued by the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics.

According to a complaint filed on November 10, 2015 by Jonathan Hyppolite, Vice President of the Haitian Evangelical Baptist Church, Inc., Frantz Pierre is “not a member of the board of directors or an officer of the church.”

This fact, however, did not deter Frantzie from an attempted coups d’état of church leadership.  Usurpation of power – by any means possible – is apparently Frantz Pierre’s specialty.  After all, tyranny is in his blood.

It’s common knowledge that Frantzie’s own father was a corrupt, Duvalier regime-appointed judge in Haiti, where there was no shortage of power hungry, unscrupulous public officials.  To this day, the Haitian people are still struggling under years of oppressive dictatorship, which began under the senior Pierre’s reign of terror.

In fact, the Haitian people had enough of the tyranny and set the Pierre house on fire.  This revolt led to his family’s having to flee for their very lives from Cap-Hatien, Haiti in 1986.

Upon his arrival in America, it was natural for Frantzie to emulate his mentor, the man who raised him.  He continued his self-serving ways, even if it meant throwing his fellow countrymen under the bus, and smearing the good names of members of our local Haitian community.

Considering the tradition of malfeasance in his own family, combined with Haiti’s modern history of violent government takeovers (as far back as 1958 and as recently as 2004), it should surprise no one that Frantzie would continue these exploitative practices against his own people here in his adopted country.

Not only in politics, but yes, even in Church.

Mr. Hyppolite, vice president of the Haitian Evangelical Baptist Church, accused Frantzie of bringing “Miami-Dade Police officers with him to intimidate and strong-arm members of the church” on more than one occasion, and that on November 8, 2015, he “ordered the police officers to physically remove the president of the corporation, Joseph Elize and another member of the church, Guyno Pierre.”

Furthermore, Mr. Hyppolite claimed that Frantzie abused his authority as an elected official and that his unauthorized actions “prevented church members from attending meetings of the congregants and thereby violated their rights guaranteed by the U.S. and Florida Constitution regarding freedom of religion and assembly.”

The church vice president requested that the Ethics Commission investigate the matter, which it did.

The investigation uncovered that the church fracas began innocently enough when the board began a search for a new pastor.  As usual, when Frantzie was questioned by the Commission investigators, he vehemently proclaimed his innocence.  Frantzie swore that he had nothing to do with anything, and that even though he was seen twice bringing the two off-duty police officers with him to church meetings, he swore up and down he didn’t hire them.

Let ‘Em Go Joe was apparently only too happy to buy Frantzie’s lie, which was “corroborated” by church member, Ms. Lude Georges, who claimed she hired the off duty officers.

In its Review and Analysis, the Ethics Commission determined that “PIERRE was not involved in the hiring or the payment of those officers,” and that Frantzie merely attended the church meetings as a “member of the congregation, not as an elected official.”

Because the Commission couldn’t prove the allegations made in the complaint, they found no probable cause that Frantzie violated “any provision of the Miami-Dade County Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics.”

Here’s the thing.

Dedicated Frantzie Watchers already know that he always covers his tracks.

Frantz Pierre pays everything in cash, under the table, and never leaves a paper trail if he doesn’t have to.  When he wants to arrange for something, such as the hiring of off-duty police officers, he always manages to find someone else to write the check, so that the money is never traced back to him.

Absolutely no one should be surprised that Frantzie found a congregant, especially a female, to claim responsibility and “vouch” for his innocence.  This is exactly the type of nefarious – and unethical – activity that he infamous for doing.

Unfortunately, the judicial scope of the Ethics Commission is limited.  When faced with a complaint, its investigators must focus solely on the issue at hand, and cannot take into account the accused’s history of wrongdoing, no matter how long the list or how heinous the offense.

Nevertheless, dedicated Frantzie Watchers know that it’s only a matter of time before his evil ways finally catch up to him.

FrantzPierreJailAnd we will be waiting and rejoicing!

Meanwhile, this whole church hoopla is a mere reminder that there is nothing selfless or godly about Frantz Pierre.  Whenever he inserts himself into a cause, be it political or evangelical, you can bet it’s because he has picked up on the scent of financial gain.  L’il Frantzie is all about the benjamins and nothing more.

As for the church battle that Frantzie conveniently inserted himself into, there is a lawsuit pending in the Circuit Court between the warring factions at the Haitian Evangelical Baptist Church.  Neither Frantz Pierre nor his congregation scapegoat, Ms. Lude Georges, are named as a party to the lawsuit, either as plaintiff or defendant, which only proves that Frantz had no business getting involved in the fracas.  He simply couldn’t resist an opportunity to score some cash.

Also lured by the scent of greenbacks is South Florida’s #1 Corruptocrat Lawyer, Joseph S. Geller, who conveniently represents the plaintiffs.

And who just happened to slither out from one of the rocks I turned over.

Funny how that works.

The Circle of Corruption is the gift that keeps on giving.

  1. He found 7 adults to claim they reside in his 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with his wife and five children, and are residents of NMB so they could vote for him. He’s either guilty of voter fraud or is in violation of NMB’s single family zoming code.

    1. And yet, neither Code Enforcement nor the Miami-Dade Elections Department give a damn that he’s breaking the law. Why bother having laws if they’re not enforced?
