Frantzie Watch: Gone, baby, GONE!

North Miami Beach Faux “Commissioner” Frantz Pierre’s days on the dais are finally OVER!

According to a Memorandum to the Mayor and Commission from City Attorney Jose Smith, L’il Frantzie P’s duties as an “elected” official were officially terminated as of January 17, 2018.

HALLELUJAH!  PRAISE THE LORD!

Even though it’s common knowledge that Frantzie won his last “re-election” (and most likely all of them) by absentee ballot fraud, he has managed to keep his seat on the dais since 2007 thanks to Miami State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle’s refusal to arrest him.

North Miami Beach residents can finally wake up from that 11 year nightmare!

City Attorney Smith obtained a legal opinion from Jean Olin, Esquire, the city’s outside counsel during it’s most recent Charter Review, which culminated “in the November 8, 2016 election when the residents voted overwhelmingly to approve the existing charter.”

In other words, Ms. Olin is the go-to expert on the North Miami Beach City Charter, and especially Section 2.5, which reads:

A quorum of the City Commission at any regular or special meeting shall consist of five members. Except as otherwise provided herein, the affirmative vote of a majority of the quorum present shall be required upon any matter submitted for consideration of the Commission. If any Commissioner has failed to attend a meeting of the City Commission for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, the seat of such Commissioner shall automatically become vacant.

Based on the fact that “as of January 17, 2018, Frantz Pierre has not attended Commission meetings for 120 days,” his seat is officially VACATED!

The best part of all is that this “automatic” vacancy is “mandatory and not subject to the discretion of of the City Commission.”

No matter how much Frantzie’s Partner-in-Crime, the likewise fraudulently “re-elected” Phyllis Smith squawks about his ejection from the dais, there’s not a damn thing she can do about it.

City Attorney Jose Smith recommended that a Special Commission Meeting be called to discuss filling the vacancy.

Oh, yeah.  Justice has been served!

    1. Doing what Frantzie does best…

Scamming money out of other politicians by promising to work on their campaigns.

Oh, and stealing money from churches.

      You know, the usual.

    1. Of course he will.

      And he will lose.

      Again.

By the way, did I mention that on January 10, 2018, United States District Judge Frederico A. Moreno dismissed Frantzie’s frivolous discrimination lawsuit against the city? Stay tuned for that story.

  1. How do I get in touch with Stephanie Kienzle?
I notice she did an article on Golden Beach. My family has lived in Golden Beach since the 1940’s.
I grew up in this Town. What has happened to me in this fiefdom should never happen to anyone in this country.
