We’ve already established that North Miami Beach City Council Class Clown Frantz Pierre IS the dimmest bulb in the chandelier. A close contender for Ydiot of the Year is his protege/faux city council candidate, Yvenoline “Yve” Dargenson.
We’ve also established that she’s nothing but a LIAR and a FRAUD. By necessity, liars and frauds had better be smart enough not to get caught. Unfortunately for her, L’il Evil Yve, who lied about living in our city in order to run for office, is proving that no one will ever confuse her for a rocket scientist.
Her website, for example, is a freaking joke.
For starters, her Home page claims she is “Committed to working for the community.”
She didn’t specify which “community” she’s committed to working for considering she lives in MIRAMAR, BROWARD COUNTY, and not NMB.
Then again, if you click “About Her,” she still hasn’t figured out that she’s NOT running for office in North Miami!
Under “Achievements,” her claim to fame is that she’s been appointed to the North Miami Beach Library Board and to the Charter Review Committee.
The Library Board has had the same chairperson since 1988 and probably hasn’t met since then, either. She also boasts being a member of the North Miami Beach Charter Review Committee. Since this committee is supposed to be comprised of only residents of our city, and she doesn’t live here, Dargenson has already compromised the integrity of this committee. It will most likely be disbanded and started from scratch. The fact that L’il Frantzie P appointed her to both boards, only shows that her character is tainted in the first place.
Click on “Programs” and you’ll see an exact replica of the full color two sided mailer she sent out last week, in which she talks about “being married with children” and understanding “family values.” ROFLMAO!
Her “Endorsements” page is the same full color two sided advertisement as in “Program.” She’s probably already figured out that being endorsed by the Circle of Corruption was the proverbial kiss of death, and replaced her “Endorsements” page with the same ad until further notice. Or, at least until she can scare up a credible endorsement.
Sorry, babe. You can take down an internet page, but those “endorsement” mailers were already sent to voters. Also, unfortunately for you, SCREEN SHOTS ARE FOREVER!
WHAT A LOSER!
Finally, L’il Evil Yve has a “Donation” page. Nothing worth noting there.
However, on her Facebook page, Yvenoline asks “supporters” to send checks to a post office box in Aventura. Not North Miami Beach, where she’s running for office. But, Aventura, which I can only assume is a lot easier to get to from MIRAMAR, BROWARD COUNTY.
She also asks people to drop checks off to “1733 NE 167th Street, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162.”
Only one problem. That address DOESN’T EXIST! What a dumbass!
Ydiot Yve probably meant 1733 NE 162nd Street, the very same address that is home to those infamous “non-profit” organizations Center for Family Empowerment, Social Harmony Club and Actions for Better Future, the first two of which already bilked the North Miami Beach Police Department’s Law Enforcement Trust Fund out of thousands of dollars. Actions for Better Future tried to do the same and failed epically. But, not for lack of trying.
It’s worth noting here that L’il Evil Yve’s husband, Party Crasher Frannix Jean-Mary, ALSO FROM MIRAMAR, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, is now the President and Registered Agent of Center for Family Empowerment, Inc.
As I’ve already mentioned in several blogs, all these organizations are tied to none other than The P Man, a/k/a L’il Frantzie P, a/k/a Frantz Pee-Aire, a/k/a NMB councilman Frantz Pierre, only adding to the tangled web woven by Frantzie.
Considering that this buffoon is Yvenoline “Yve” Dargenson’s mentor, little wonder she’s as dumb as a box of rocks and her “campaign” is a freaking joke.

“Spreading the Wealth”
If you click on the “donate” section of the site that you show above, it does not ask for the occupation of the donor. I believe, in the State of Florida, you must have the occupation of the donor listed on your campaign treasurer if the contribution is over 100.00. Usually, the occupation is one of the things asked when you make an online contribution.
Stephanie, You should not only be applauded, but receive a standing ovation for your tenacity and your unwavering focus on making sure this fraudulent candidate never gets elected in NMB no less somewhere else. What perplexes me is that you seem to have a lot of readership since you have been recognized by New Times, The Miami Herald, and several news stations. Where are all the comments by your subscribers? Do they not realize how lucky North Miami Beach is to have you as one of our residents? Bad people do get elected to office and are never exposed for their illegal deeds, part of the reason our society is so screwed up. We have someone like you doing a yeoman’s job and while your readers read and I’m sure appreciate your dedication and hard work making sure our city is credible and fully functioning with ideal representatives, they should be THANKING YOU OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. You do what paid reporters should be doing. Shame on the media for not doing their job and shame on the elections department for making a private citizen sue in order for justice to prevail.
