Laws? What laws? WE DON’T NEED NO STINKIN’ LAWS!

No-Rule-Of-LawWanna run for office in North Miami Beach even though you don’t live here?

NO PROBLEM, MON!

Wanna vote in Miami-Dade County even though you live in Broward?

NO PROBLEM, MON!

Wanna sell your vote to the highest bidder and make some spare change?

NO PROBLEM, MON!

Wanna send in an absentee ballot from the grave?

NO PROBLEM, MON!

Well, according to the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court, the Miami-Dade County State Attorney, the Commission on Ethics and Public Trust and the Miami-Dade County Department of Elections…

WE DON’T NEED NO STINKIN’ LAWS!

In the court case of Beth E. Spiegel vs. Yvenoline Dargenson, et al., Judge Darrin Gayles, denied the plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Injunction and is allowing MIRAMAR RESIDENT Dargenson to stay in the race for North Miami Beach City Council.  Even though Judge Gayles indicated that the testimonies of the respondent and her witness were inconsistent at best, it’s difficult to prove under the current laws what the word “residency” means.

Never mind that our city’s Code of Ordinances is perfectly clear in the definition of “residency” for the purpose of running for office in NMB.

Never mind that our Charter is perfectly clear that a candidate must reside in a “fixed place of domicile within the City of North Miami Beach, to the exclusion of all other places.”

By his decision, Judge Gayles pretty much stated that the laws and ordinances of North Miami Beach don’t mean a damn thing.

WE DON’T NEED NO STINKIN’ LAWS!

Folks, I’m dead serious here.  If you don’t get off your ass and get to the polls by Tuesday, May 7, 2013, North Miami Beach will be taken over by a band of lawless thugs who will be given a license to lie, cheat and steal to get what they want.

IT HAPPENED IN NORTH MIAMI!  Don’t think for one minute it can’t happen here.

Between Frantz Pierre, who was installed on our council in 2007, and who managed to steal two elections since then, absentee ballot brokers such as Frantzie’s good buddy Volney Nerette, and now the two patsies Frantz has installed in the current election, North Miami Beach is in serious danger of succumbing to the despicable and illegal dealings of a culture so insidious, so heinous, that it has no respect for the laws of our city, the laws of the State of Florida, and the laws of the United States of America.

Folks, Frantzie and his ilk have brought their special style of corrupt politics from their home country of Haiti, where there are no laws whatsoever, all the way to South Florida, and have planted their seeds of corruption in our fertile soil.

The good and decent people of Haiti fled that despotic little island to get away from mercenaries like Frantz Pierre and his cronies and came here in search of an honest government and a moral way of life.

They came here to raise their families in peace, free from the soulless, faithless, reprobate liars and cheats like Frantz Pierre and his kind.

They came here to get away from the corrupt form of government that allows elections to be stolen and pockets to be lined with the hard earned money of honest citizens.

They came here to get away from the stench.

And now the depravity of evil has come here to engulf them and the rest of us in its degeneracy.  There seems to be no escape from the corruption.

Those Haitians who desperately want to distance themselves from the likes of Frantz Pierre end up being the targets of their vicious attacks, as are the rest of us.

And, yet, the profiteering, racketeering, criminals who have run Haiti since the French abandoned all hope there have since come to South Florida to continue the despicable practice of politics for pay.

With people like Frantz Pierre and his ilk, palm greasing has replaced public service.  Power has replaced humility.  Fraud has replaced honor.  Lies have replaced the truth.

With people like Frantz Pierre and his accomplices, the truth is whatever you say it is.

The State Attorney’s Office, the Ethics Commission, the Department of Elections and now the Courts, have all declared that…

WE DON’T NEED NO STINKIN’ LAWS!

The only hope of the good, decent, honest and law abiding citizens of North Miami Beach has is to get to the polls on Tuesday and tell these cockroaches that WE DON’T WANT YOUR BRAND OF DIRTY POLITICS IN OUR CITY!

Tell them we don’t want liars from MIRAMAR running North Miami Beach.

Tell them we don’t want our city to be run by racists, nationalists and violent criminals.

Tell that cockroach Frantz Pierre and his abhorrent mob of criminals that we won’t be infested by his diseased form of “government.”

Folks, in my entire 56 years on this planet, I have never seen such blatant, in your face, putrid corruption as I have personally witnessed from the day Frantz Pierre’s seat on the dais was purchased for him.  He has thus far successfully evaded any and all prosecution and conviction for each and every alleged criminal act he has committed.  Because of his impunity from all consequences of the law, he has remained free to keep infecting North Miami Beach with his irresponsible ways.

And now he wants you to help him seal the deal by electing Dargenson and Berrouet, which will only enable him to further his Agenda of Evil.

We obviously cannot rely on the Courts, the State Attorney, the Ethics Commission or even the Division of Elections to protect us from fraud and corruption.  Folks, if you don’t want cockroaches like Frantz Pierre taking over North Miami Beach, YOU MUST GET OUT AND VOTE AGAINST THE VERMIN!

By speaking out against such nefariousness and actually doing something to counteract the lawlessness perpetrated upon us, the ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROACTIVELY FIGHTING THE FILTH ARE BETH SPIEGEL AND TONY DE FELLIPO!

Beth took the bull by the horns and took the lying bitch Yvenoline Dargenson to court, using her own money and spending her own time to try to uphold our laws.

Tony, who was born and raised in North Miami Beach, UNLIKE DARGENSON, and is raising his own family in North Miami Beach, UNLIKE DARGENSON, is loudly and publicly speaking out against the fraud and corruption permeating our city.

None of the other candidates have indicated they will do anything to fight the disease that Frantz Pierre has been deviously trying to infect us with since the day he first sat on that dais.

I implore the good, decent, hardworking, honest citizens of North Miami Beach to vote for BETH SPIEGEL AND TONY DE FELLIPO and tell Frantzie & Friends TO GET OUT OF OUR CITY FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL!

ON MAY 7, 2013, PLEASE VOTE RESPONSIBLY!

  1. I know the residents of our community are not stupid! They are bright, hard working and dedicated citizens. They are becoming smarter by the day as you enlighten them to and for the cause. No one must be fooled by this faux candidate! When investigating Ms. Dargenson I saw that she first voted in a municipal election by absentee ballot in 2011. Before that she only voted in a general election. That is not enough for this resident and shouldn’t be enough for any of us. Funny how she supposedly has lived in NMB for the past 20 years and has dedicated herself to “public service and transparency”, but she first voted here two years ago. Maybe she should meet the “dedicated” residents who pour there blood, sweat and tears into this community continuously, to learn what the definition of dedicated really means.

  2. Absentee Ballots will be the end of any hope for honest elections. We all thought that hanging chads was an issue, now there is concern with electronic voting machines. Let me tell you something folks, this is nothing compared to what is happening with the AB’s. Absentee Ballots should only be reserved for the following:

A person who is or may be in the military service of the United States, regardless of whether at the time of voting the person is present in the election district of residence or in the Commonwealth and regardless of whether he or she is registered to vote.
A spouse or dependent residing with or accompanying a person in the military service of the United States and who expects on Election Day to be absent from his or her municipality of residence during the entire period in which the polling places are open for voting (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
A member of the Merchant Marine and his/her spouse and dependents residing with or accompanying the Merchant Marine, who expect on Election Day to be absent from the Commonwealth or the municipality of residence during the entire period in which the polling places are open for voting (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
A member of a religious or welfare group attached to and serving with the armed forces and his/her spouse and dependents residing with or accompanying him or her, who expect on Election Day to be absent from the Commonwealth or the municipality of residence during the entire period in which the polling places are open for voting (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
An individual who, because of the elector’s duties, occupation or business (including leaves of absence for teaching, vacations and sabbatical leaves), expects on Election Day to be absent from his/her municipality of residence during the entire period the polls are open for voting and the spouse and dependents of such electors who are residing with or accompanying the elector and for that reason also expect to be absent from his/her municipality during the entire period the polls are open for voting (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
A qualified war veteran elector who is bedridden or hospitalized due to illness or physical disability if the elector is absent from the municipality of his residence and unable to attend his/her polling place because of such illness or disability, regardless of whether the elector is registered to vote.
A person who, because of illness or physical disability, is unable to attend his/her polling place or to operate a voting machine and obtain assistance by distinct and audible statements. (Note: A disabled elector may be placed on a permanently disabled absentee file.)
A spouse or dependent accompanying a person employed by the Commonwealth or the federal government, in the event that the employee’s duties, occupation or business on Election Day require him/her to be absent from the Commonwealth or the municipality of residence during the entire period the polls are open for voting (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
A county employee who expects that his Election Day duties relating to the conduct of the election will prevent the employee from voting.
A person who will not attend a polling place on Election Day because of the observance of a religious holiday.

We are asking for trouble in this troubled world we want democracy in. The honest will need to get off their asses to vote because the rest of society are too corrupt to be trusted. And certainly Miami-Dade County had to make it even easier to vote AB by placing a stamp on the ballot so for sure the dishonest will mail in their ballot as long as they don’t have to pay for it too.
