North Miami cops win big at Police Olympics

North Miami Police Officers won several gold medals in the 2013 Florida Law Enforcement Games (Police Olympics) held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, last month.

Members of the North Miami Police Department won medals in the following games:

Gold medals: 10K run, 5K run, 4×400 relay, sprint medley relay, triathlon, 9.11 miles run, and Toughest Cop Alive. Silver medals:  Toughest Cop Alive, 3,000 meters run, 1,600 meters run and 800 meters run. Bronze medal: 400 meters run
