The Dialysis Food Foundation of South Florida invites you to enjoy a night of fun, food and drink. Your $75.00 ticket entitles you to $5,000 of “casino chips” to play Poker, Blackjack, Craps and Roulette. Enjoy an open bar with hors d’oeuvres served throughout the evening. Guests will have a chance to win great prizes with casino “winnings”.

 

Special Guest:  Meet Michael Jacobs, Celebrity Chef for the Miami Heat, who will be serving his most popular hors d’oeuvres for the evening.

The goal of the Dialysis Food Foundation of South Florida is to eliminate hunger among one of the neediest populations in our community, the medically indigent dialysis patients in Dade County Florida.


The Foundation provides patients with free nutritionally balanced food to take home on a weekly basis.  The Dialysis Food Foundation of South Florida has been serving dialysis patients since 1997.

  1. Stephanie, thank you so much for posting this. What a wonderful surprise! Loretta DeVries, the Chairperson, single-handedly started this foundation when a loved one needed dialysis and she discovered there was no food provided after treatment. Many of the patients were children. Loretta is trying to keep the foundation alive through this Casino Night non-profit event. It’s going to be a fun night in Sunny Isles Beach! Thanks so much again.
