NORTH MIAMI BEACH – This is no holy water, but even a Catholic church in Scotland has reportedly started using it to protect religious relics. “SmartWater” is a clear fluid designed to leave an invisible mark and numerical identification on items such as electronics, bicycles, and jewelry.   1. am I the only one for whom this seems a bit like a pyramid scheme?
    remember when i pointed out the absurdity of this a couple months ago?
    I couldn’t find the commission meeting where this appropriation was made…i’d love to know the thought-proccess of the person who suggested this program was a good match for north miami beach
