Mischievous Criminal
A little boy causes mischief by pulling a little girl’s ponytail on the playground and running away. We all know (don’t we?) that he wouldn’t do something so mischievous if he wasn’t secretly crushin’ on her.
Little girls who know this are flattered.
Little girls who don’t get it hire Ben Kuenhe and sue for sexual harassment and punitive damages.

When big boys cause mischief, it’s usually the criminal kind. They’d be smart to have Kuehne’s number on speed dial.
Documented Gang Member Alfredo Rey was arrested by North Miami Beach Police on February 28, 2014 for, among other things, five counts of Criminal Mischief. “Other things” (six case numbers in all) include:
- Cocaine Possession
- Attempted Buglary
- Burglary
- Petit Theft
I could be wrong, but I’d venture a guess that Ben Kuehne will not be representing Alfredo Rey.
Too bad for him.
Good thing for the residents of North Miami Beach, though. According to the Press Release issued today, Alfredo Rey was arrested for “Multiple Smash and Grab Burglaries.”

I wonder if this is one of the teens responsible for many home burglaries in the Sunray area a few years ago.
They wouldn’t be teens anymore, right?
Then again, teenage thug-lets usually grow into grown-up thugs. If they don’t kill each other first, that is.
Great job by the NMBPD. I wish Council would recognize the importance of what the PD does for the city.
