Princess Anna Pierre and the Father’s Association of Florida 22nd Annual Gala

2015 Father's Day GalaMessage from Princess Anna Pierre:

I am hosting my Annual Father’s Day Celebration on the 21st of the month. It is to honor the fathers of our community, the men who lead by example – those who take their responsibilities seriously. This initiative, which I started in 1991, is to promote family values as well.

Profits from the events (if any) benefit APHEC INTERNATIONAL, INC. (The Anna Pierre Health Education Center), which aids people who are in need of life saving medical care and surgeries they cannot afford to pay for – especially children. This is done with my collaboration with various hospitals.

For the past 21 years I had been organizing concerts, but this year I have upgraded the event to a full course, sit-down Dinner Gala. with top of the line entertainment by various artists, local and out of state.

We are honoring all fathers, among whom are Haitians, Jews, Hispanics and African Americans. There will be great food with entertainment by artists who sing in English, French and Creole.

Our mission is to promote family cohesiveness and family values in our community, while honoring the men who lead by example, those who take care of their families and their responsibilities. Ten (10) deserving fathers from various sectors of the community will be honored.  Chairman Jean Monestime of the Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners, a great father of course, will be crowned Father of the Year 2015. This year, in order to surpass the fun of the previous years, a Daddy of the Year 2015 will be crowned as well.

Great Food! Great Ambiance!  A line up of entertainers. Music by the one and only, DJ NickyMix.  Mrs. Florida Teresa Wakefield-Sheffield, along with other Dignitaries will be in attendance. Guy-Evans Ford, the mighty host of New York City, is hosting the event.

I hope to see you all there!
