The only thing missing is the stripper pole

City Manager Arthur “Duke” Sorey’s Pre-Solicitation Launch Event for the Dieffenbach Preserve is taking place as we speak at North Miami Beach City Hall.

Here is the first exclusive look at the $10,000 party room that Duke prepared for the “developers, financiers, and investors” who were sent the private invitation to buy 10 acres of the City’s green space and turn it into a concrete jungle.

We can see the back of former Commissioner/current candidate Phyllis Smith as she patiently waits in one of Duke’s rented cocktail lounge chairs for the presentation to begin.

Oh boy, is she gonna be surprised.

We direct your attention to the far corner of the room.

Here comes the entertainment!

Apparently, Duke hired one of the exotic dancers from his favorite gentlemen’s club to work the crowd.

On your dime.

At least that’s what it looks like.

Is North Miami Beach a government agency or just another one of Duke’s Red Garden Pleasure Palaces?

Hey, Duke, get a room already!

  1. In the meantime, over here on the totally confused west coast of Florida, our city “purchased” the expertise of the Collier International “family” for a whopping $1.1 MILLION DOLLARS to develop our park Dallas White, which is actually older than the city, itself. Their plan is to “urbanize” the park with multi-story “affordable housing” and office space and, glory be to gawd, leave a f n PLAYGROUND where the park now exists. Must be something in the water.

    1. Oh, the old “affordable housing” scam. Or, I should say, the new scam.

I will be writing more about this scam in the near future.
