Get your popcorn ready! Paule Villard filed to run for Mayor! 🤡🤡🤡

Talk about an October surprise!

Yesterday at 12:00 noon, North Miami Beach City Clerk Andrise Bernard announced that two candidates have qualified to run for the temporarily vacated seat of suspended Mayor Anthony DeFillipo.  The election is scheduled for December 5, 2023.

As we previously reported, since July 18, 2023, the three current Criminal Commissioners, Michael Joseph, McKenzie Fleurimond, and Daniela Jean, refused to vote on an earlier date so they could delay the Special Election for as long as possible.

They also refused to state why they were against holding the Special Election as early as October 10, 2023 or on November 7, 2023.

At the time there was speculation that the candidate they planned to run needed more time to establish “residency” prior to qualifying, in accordance with Article IV, Sec. 4-3 of the City Charter which states, “Each candidate, at the time of qualifying with the Clerk, must have continuously resided in the City of North Miami Beach for at least one (1) full year…”

However, since there was obviously not enough advance notice for a carpetbagger from Miramar or North Miami to “rent” a broom closet in North Miami Beach, the Criminal Commissioners decided to recycle some old, putrid garbage to run for Mayor in the hopes of gaining a fourth Criminal vote on the dais. Now that Paule Villard has foolishly decided to get back into the public realm, she’s once again fair game.

Needless to say, the only qualified candidate in this race is Evan Piper, who was endorsed by VotersOpinion.com.

But for comic relief, we’re gonna have so much fun trashing Paule mercilessly.  It’ll be just like old times.

In fact, to kick off our new Trashing Paule series, we thought we’d give you this little reminder of exactly why this corrupt, racist wench was voted out of office last November.

There’s so much more to come so stay tuned.

  1. I know that I will be sending a check to Evan Piper. It’s time for change.

Make sure to post his donation link!

  2. While over here on the now-left coast of Florida, in Sarasota County, we have to endure the seriousness of the arrogant Unemployable Misfits and their destruction of an entire city, I’ll have to admit, the levity and humor the brilliant work of Voters Opinion could go a far way in helping the people of North Port understand the gravity of the state of the city, just as happened in NMB.
I am very much looking forward to the entertainment of this election, thanks to Stephanie and her posts. I’ve warehoused packages of ready-to-pop popcorn, got my gamer chair at the ready and am prepared for the fun ahead. Let the games begin.

  3. Paule Villard,, Michael Joseph , McKinizie Fleurimond, and Daniella Jean along with administrative and legal assistance from Duke Sorey and Hans Ottinot allegedly stole federal grant funds from the city’s allocation of American Rescue Plan program to pay for. electioneering, campaign , and. personal expenses (i.e. p-card purchases for excessive daily meals of breakfast. lunch, & dinner., car washes, gasoline , rent, etc).). For example, we still don’t have full accountability of funds approved to pay for Paule Villard’s community outreach / food distribution event where $ 150 Publix Gift Cards were given out to anybody off the street (aka Buy A Vote) without checking their ID cards to verify if the recipients were city residents and/or recording their actual names and their real addresses . This event was conducted by some city employees, for their retention on NMB public payroll. Paule and her political groupies created this political// campaign event in rounding up their usual persons in North Miami, Miramar, or unincorporated Miami Dade County (i..e. Biscayne Gardens) to vote in November 2022 municipal elections for Paule Villard’s reelection back to NMB City Commission. Whereas , Paule was the key vote to continue their raiding of city coffers for their own personal benefits and to retain Duke Sorey as their city manager and Hans Ottinot as their city attorney.so they can expand their attempts to put more of their friends & family members on the city payroll and to increase their own total compensation package by allowing excessive allowances for meals, autos, travel, special events, and cell phones along with increasing their own basic salaries and city pensions contributions for funding levels l Ike private, full-time corporate executives where the city charter and job description of city commissioner or city mayor is stated in plain written language as part -time positions in a local council-manager form of governance . However , the Gang of Four wanted to implement 2.0 North Miami’s style of local government once they won their majority with the election of Daniella Jean to the NMB!s city commission in the November 2020 city municipal election.s. Afterwards , you witness the change of staffing the city attorney department from full-time budgeted city employee positions to an outsource contractual award to an outside law firm providing municipal legal services. Hans Ottinot’s law firm was wining this contract with little review and/or public discussion in a quick vote by the Gang of Four . Next on their checklist, it was the removal of a professional & competent public administrator of Esmond Scott as city manager and another quick appointment of Duke Sorey as NMB ‘s city manager. Now, the Gang of Four have installed only two persons in the state of Florida who can implement a dysfunctional North Miami 2.0 version of local governance with little accountability and excessive spending of public resources by heading down the road to fiscal disaster and bankruptcy. Ask any long term actual resident (i.e. more than a year) of North Miami or Sunny Isle Beach about their experiences of Duke Sorey in North Miami or their experiences of Hans Ottinot in Sunny Isle Beach. Next , you have to sit back and look at their faces and body language before these citizens will start telling horror stories about these two city experiences with Duke Sorey in North Miami or Hans Ottinot in Sunny Isle Beach. This is the main reason why every city resident of North Miami Beach must vote in this special December’2023 special election of mayor unless.legal charges are dismissed by a court of law in Tony Defilippo’s upcoming trial and his reinstatement as NMB’ mayor. If you don’t vote in this special December 2023 election then Paule Valle will win this special election.for NMB mayor with a small turnout of voters. . Finally, you would have the reinstatement of 2.0 North Miami s dysfunctional local governance style. Don’t be surprised if this special election beats out November 2022 city election in dirty tricks and nastiness from the usual suspects outside NMB from North Miami, Biscayne Gardens, or Miramar . This special election calls from them to play every dirty political trick in the book as they don’t have anything to lose by running most corrupt local political campaign on behalf of Paul’e Valle in this upcoming election.

  4. Why is this woman not in jail? She abused the system, used so much needed funds for herself and came out of this, and now is running for MAYOR!? North Miami Beach we need to all go and make sure everyone votes and remind them of the hell that she put this city through and the reason why so much was left undone. The buildings in the city all have roof damage, while she and her goons were in office they were spending money on their festivals, shopping and travel never considering the residents who were suffering. Again this is a true picture of a corrupt politician that should NEVER be in office and needs ALL residents to spread the word, we can’t let this woman back in and break this city.
