Unwilling to let her fifteen minutes of fame expire gracefully, North Miami mayoral wannabe Anna L. Pierre is blaming her devastating loss at the polls on the Prince of Darkness.
No, I’m not talking about Ozzie Osbourne. I’m talking about Lucifer, a/k/a Satan, a/k/a Beelzebub. If you believe Mizz Sugar Cookie, good ol’ Satan himself journeyed from the bowels of Hades to North Miami just to cast a spell on y’all, forcing you to choose one of his Evil Minions over her Jesus-endorsed self for mayor.
According to both the Miami Herald and NBC Miami, Anna Pierre claimed that there’s no way in Hell she received only 56 votes. She’s accusing “the current administration” of stealing her votes.
Not that I blame her for being paranoid, since everyone knows that the soon to be termed out mayor Andre Pierre is probably corrupt enough to consider stealing votes. Or at least taking a stab at it. He might be the self-appointed King of North Miami, but he’s certainly not the King of Babylon.
Then again, that could explain some of the strange things that goes on at City Hall, couldn’t it?

In case you didn’t hear it from the press, Miss Suk Sou Bonbon posted a diatribe on her Facebook page, stating:

The results are in. The administration screwed me big time…. Yes, it’s been a long, hard campaign season. I’d say that Anna L. Pierre is in need of a good long rest. At Bellevue perhaps.
When reached by the Herald today, “Anna Pierre said perhaps God spared her from the perils of City Hall.”
Jesus did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment.

Go back to Haiti, Anna, and take your sugar cookie with you. God spared you to send you back to the sewer of corruption you belong in. Maybe your ardent prayers will rescue the pit of corruption from Lucifer. But I suspect not. Here in the great United States of America, we have a wonderful thing called the Separation of Church and State.

I heard that Jesus did indeed vote for her., at least that was the name on the absentee ballot that she turned in.
Have to give her props for turning “Lucie” into Lucifer…she may be on to something if what I hear about “I love Lucie” pans out. It’s a dark sign already that Andre Pierre is supporting “I love Lucie”.. the politics of fear and greed continue to darken the skies around here. A damn shame we have to have a runoff election ( more $$$ spent!) when only 24 percent of the voters partake – is it so hard for people to make the direct connection to our brave soldiers fighting overseas and our own democracy?
If 24% of North Miami voters come out for any municipal election, runoff or otherwise, that’s actually a respectable number around here. (Does that count absentee ballot fraud, as well?) Slightly over 10% voted in NMB’s election last week. This was surprisingly low, even for us.
Next week we have a runoff for two seats that will cost taxpayers $59,000.00. This should not have happened. We may not have had anyone endorsed by Jesus, but we had a few losers who had no chance of winning but did so to split the vote, probably on purpose.
These are the same type of people who bitch about the city spending $60K to restore our historical war memorial, yet think nothing of throwing that same amount in the toilet to create a runoff.
So, I’m thinking, no, they do not concern themselves with democracy, our Republic, our Constitution or the millions of men and women who died to preserve their right to vote.
You should not have gotten me started.
That’s one hell of a concession speech!
