Gone but not forgotten. NMPD’s Psycho Joey Kissel is Baaaack!

NMPD’s psycho, serial cyber-stalking cop with more “personalities” than Sybil, Joseph P. Kissel finally retired on April 1, 2019.

But, he’s not the only one.

Because morale is just so great at the North Miami Police Department under the “leadership” of Chief Larry Juriga, an unprecedented ten cops retired and three civilians resigned between February 14, 2019 and April 1, 2019.

Retired or not, however, Joey Kissel won’t go away quietly.  In fact, he’s back to his old cyber-stalking ways via email and social media.

As before, it started innocuously enough in a comment he made on a recent blog post using his tenth pseudonym, “Rene Gil.”

He wrote, “Hope to see you tonight @North Miami Senior for induction of council.”

When I responded that I would not be attending, and that it was fiscally irresponsible for the city to throw such elaborate parties for elected officials, I apparently set Joey off on a vicious, nonsensical rant against former North Miami Clerk Michael Etienne, North Miami Councilman Alix Desulme, Governor Ron DeSantis, lobbyist Ron Book and the State of Israel.

Yep, that’s Psycho Joey, all right!

When I deleted all his comments from the blog, his behavior escalated.

Using the name “Rene Gil,” Joey launched yet another round of email assaults, this time railing against the Town of Davie and the Governor’s new appointee to the South Florida Water Management District governing board, and former state wildlife commissioner, ‘Aligator’ Ron Bergeron.

Joey literally can’t help himself.

For sport, I decided to taunt him back by responding in a PRIVATE email, “Nice try, Joey. Is there any truth to the rumor that you retired because you have AIDS?”

And as he did so many times before, he denied being Joey, and launched into another round of profanity-laced tirades, which I won’t repeat here.

Last night, Joey went over the edge once again.

You will recall the time Joey opened a fake Twitter Account under the name “Gean Francios,” and went on an aggressive tweetstorm attack in an attempt to slander this blogger.  He even copied the Davie Police Department in a tweet saying that I should be Baker Acted.

Proving yet again that he’s certifiably insane, Joey Kissel created a brand new Twitter account, this time under the fake name “Rene Gil,” for the sole purpose of attacking me.

And like he did on his previous fake Twitter page, he copied the Town of Davie in his tweet.

OMIGOD!

Joey’s so freaking stupid, he didn’t even realize that he’s the one who’s PUBLICLY “spreading rumors!”

I responded to him by tweeting, “Watch what happens next, Joey.”

Of course, he once again denied being Joey, so I took a trick out of his own playbook and tweeted back to him, copying the North Miami Police Department.

Because two can play the same game.

He promptly deleted my tweet from his feed, but as you can see … the internet is forever!

And should he delete his new account, I also have screen shots, which might come in handy one day.

I then blocked him and, as a public service, warned others about this insane and dangerous former NMPD cop.

The moral of this story is that if you are contacted on social media by “Rene Gil,” a/k/a Joseph P. Kissel, proceed with caution.  Now that he’s no longer a cop on the payroll, he’s free from the constraints of an Internal Affairs investigation.

Not that it matters, though, considering the low caliber of cops working for the unaccredited North Miami Police Department.  As we’ve already seen, thanks to the infamous blue wall of silence, Kissel was a protected member of the of Larry Juriga’s “Illumaniti.”

In the meantime, however, North Miami residents can rejoice in the fact that the badge-wearing and gun-totin’ sociopathic cop who harasses employees, steals cars, and kidnaps children, is finally off the streets of your city.

As you are about to see, Poor Joey isn’t too happy about retiring.

Could it be because he’ll have to share his retirement money with the ex-wife he put through a harrowing 12-year divorce after she discovered he was secretly gay and having an affair with a man?

Oops!

Just a guess, of course.

So, let’s give Joey, the infamous psycho, cyber-stalking retired cop the send-off he deserves.

Get out a Kleenex and cry along with Joey:

Or not.

North Miami residents finally have a real reason to party!
