North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard and her co-conspirator candidates have sunk to a whole new level.
We are getting reports that all the campaign signs of Jay Chernoff, Phyllis Smith, and Fortuna Smukler are disappearing all over the City, and are being replaced with Paule’s, Mark St. Vil’s, and Hans Mardy’s signs.
The first report was on October 7th when a home security system caught one of Paule’s hired criminals-in-training on camera as he nonchalantly walks past a house kicking what appears to be a soccer ball. First he smacks Phyllis Smith’s sign, then Fortuna Smukler’s. He quickly looks around as he kicks his ball into Jay Chernoff’s sign, then casually picks it up and walks off with it.

Now we are receiving multiple reports that Paule’s signs are sprouting up all over every neighborhood of the City, while all the Chernoff, Smith, and Smukler signs have mysteriously disappeared.
Residents have complained to Code Enforcement, but they are refusing to act on these crimes because they have been told “hands off” by Duke.
Worse, many residents fear retaliation by Paule and her goon squad so they are afraid to remove her signs!

If a Paule Villard sign appears on your property, take a photo and then dispose of the sign in the garbage. Allowing her to collect it just means it will end up on someone else’s yard.
