Criminality is on the ballot in North Miami Beach on November 22, 2022

If you haven’t yet voted for your City Commissioner in the Special Runoff Election, here’s our final pitch to ditch Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard in favor of Jay Chernoff.

Even before this campaign season, Paule had committed so many criminal acts, it’s almost impossible to keep up with them.

Fortunately, we’ve documented each and every one of them.

We provided absolute proof that she has violated multiple local, state, and federal laws.

We explained how Paule illegally spent nearly $25,000 of your tax dollars on a party she held exclusively for her personal friends and family members of “her community.”

We told you how she committed election fraud in 2020, and she most likely is doing it again in this election.

We also reported that Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard literally stole $18,573.11 of your tax dollars by charging her personal and campaign expenses, as well as numerous national and international vacations on her taxpayer-funded Procurement Card (P Card).

We chronicled her voting for three raises (two of them illegally passed), the $20,000 in “discretionary funds,” 100% health insurance coverage for herself and her dependents, an additional $6,500 in non-accountable “expenses,” and another $15,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021, under the guise of “Community Engagement.”

We showed you the video of the speed bumps that Paule Villard demanded by abusing her position and directing her personal manservant, City Manager Arthur “Duke” Sorey, to protect her own street, while all the other North Miami Beach peasants residents don’t rate such a safety precaution.

We showed you another video of the children Paule hired to steal her opponent’s campaign signs.

We then provided proof of the campaign signs she had vandalized.

We described the multiple campaign sign code violations perpetrated by Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard with absolutely no consequences thanks to her City Manager.

Twice the maximum size per Ordinance

Just yesterday, we reported how she had one of her thugs “willfully and maliciously” vandalize Jay’s car with a key.

Malicious keying of Jay Chernoff’s vehicle

And just today, Jay discovered that over the weekend Paule destroyed four of his signs and installed two of her illegal signs on the same property without permission of the owner.

Another one of Jay Chernoff’s signs destroyed and Paule’s illegal on installed in its place

Jay’s signs removed from two frames and Paule’s illegally installed

And yes, yet another police report was filed.

Then there are the provable acts of perjury committed by Paule Villard by publicly claiming on the City’s website that she was “Police Sergeant” for 24 years and that she has a “Master’s Degree,” when neither one is true.

Paule Villard needs to be indicted, prosecuted, and punished for all the crimes she has committed.

Regardless of the outcome of tomorrow’s election, we will continue to do everything in our power to make this dream a reality.

In the meantime, North Miami Beach residents, tomorrow is your very last chance to get rid of the criminal element in your midst by firing Paule Villard!

DO YOUR CIVIC DUTY!

SAY NO TO A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT!

VOTE FOR JAY CHERNOFF ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2022!
