The 2022 campaign season in North Miami Beach has been the nastiest one in the City’s history.
We already reported about the constant theft and vandalism of Phyllis Smith’s, Fortuna Smukler’s, and Jay Chernoff’s campaign signs perpetrated by their racist, anti-Semitic, and corrupt opponents, Mark St. Vil, Hans Mardy, and Paule Villard, who ran as a “Team.”
We also detailed how the corrupt North Miami Beach administration, led by the racist City Manager, Arthur “Duke” Sorey, is misusing City resources to get Paule Villard re-elected.
We also told you about Criminal Commissioner Michael Joseph’s vicious amateur crusade via text messages, robo calls, and fake news website to smear Jay Chernoff’s name and stellar reputation, during the two-weeks leading up to the November 22nd runoff election.
What we neglected to mention is the time Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard’s hired guns vandalized Jay’s vehicle during a September 14, 2022 Town Hall meeting held at Highland Village Community Center.
Not one other car in the entire parking lot was vandalized — only the car belonging to Paule Villard’s opponent.
But we’re sure it was just a coincidence.
Fortunately, Jay did file a police report. Here is a screenshot of the Narrative included in the report.

The only question you need to ask yourself is this:
If you answer “NO,” then you have a moral responsibility to fire Paule Villard on November 22, 2022!

What a horrible election cycle. NMB would be smart to stop importing North Miami’s bullshit. It doesn’t add any value.

I just pray and hope for change in NMB , all is been happening in this city is incredible!!!! I still can’t understand how in the world all this is been allowed?????? I’m not a NMB resident but this BS is been bothering me for a long time now , I read all of your emails and every time I do my blood boils …. They are all corrupt, they are all stealing money right and left , they are living the life with no worries paying for stuff and spending money they never dream off earning, on residents Tax money !!!
