It was even worse when Paule sponsored a Resolution at the February 15, 2022 City Commission Meeting to censure Barbara for things that never happened, such as telling Commissioner Michael Joseph that he is “a third of a man,” and other fictional “crimes.”

But, now Paule’s co-conspirator, Daniela Jean, is “honoring” an avowed anti-Semitic socialist at one of the dozens of self-promotional vanity projects she sponsors on taxpayer dime.
Daniela has invited six South Florida female elected officials to her March 7, 2022 Ladies Who Lead Breakfast “in honor of Women’s History Month.”
Considering Daniela’s apparent racist leanings, it’s no surprise that none of these six “honorees” are white or Jewish.
If that weren’t shocking enough, one of Daniela’s invited guests is a raging anti-Semite, who has proudly and very publicly denounced the State of Israel.
Hallandale Beach Commissioner Sabrina Javellana prides herself on her embrace of all things anti-Israel, especially the virulently anti-Semitic Congresswoman from Minnesota, Ilhan Omar, as well as Michigan Congresswoman, Rashida Tlaib.
That would be the same Ilhan Omar who infamously equated the United States and Israel to the Taliban and Hamas terror groups, and sharing a cartoon from a Holocaust denier mocking the deaths of 6 million Jews in Nazi Germany.

On February 6, 2019, Hallandale Beach Commissioner Anabelle Lima-Taub sponsored Resolution No. 2019-12 denouncing the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions Movement (BDS) as an anti-Semitic Attempt to Delegitimize Israel.
This Resolution passed 5-1, with Sabrina Javellana voting NO!
Even more recently on October 6, 2021, Commissioner Lima-Taub sponsored another Resolution No. 2021-135 denouncing Ben & Jerry’s Boycott of Israeli Territories, and urging the Hallandale Beach Pension Boards to avoid companies boycotting Israel.
This Resolution passed 3-1, with the Vice Mayor abstaining, and Sabrina Javellana voting NO!
Daniela Jean’s ignorance of Sabrina Javellana’s extreme anti-Jewish and anti-Israel views is no excuse. It is Daniela’s responsibility to thoroughly research the backgrounds of all honorees before inviting them to be recognized by the City of North Miami Beach.
It’s bad enough that Daniela didn’t have the decency to celebrate any one of the dozens of white or Jewish women who serve their municipalities in South Florida for International Women’s Month, but her “honoring” of the malignantly anti-Semitic Sabrina Javellana is a vicious slap in the face of every single member of the North Miami Beach Jewish community.

Mr. Capra was recently the victim of a smear campaign by Sunny Isles Beach Mayor Dana Goldman, who falsely accused him of being an anti-Semite, for political purposes. This slander was the very definition of defamation, and I assume Mr. Capra is still rightfully angry.
I believe Mr. Capra was comparing Goldman’s slanderous act to that of NMB’s Paule Villard’s politically charged false accusations of racism against Barbara Kramer.
Whether one is FALSELY accused of anti-Semitism or racism, both are defamatory and neither is acceptable.
Hallandale Beach Commissioner Sabrina Javellana, on the other hand, has proven herself to be anti-Semitic by her own words and actions, as well as the radical company she keeps. It can happen at any time when a bunch of (Jewish or otherwise) Commissioners allegedly involved with “rich” Developers such as the Bal Harbour Shops, are willing to jeopardize “the Jews” with approving “Development Site Plans” such as this humongous “relocated” to Bay Harbor Islands from Bal Harbour, Tax Exempt “Church by the Sea” (+/- 90,000 sq. ft.), and allowing (1). wearing the “Cross,” and (2). allegedly affiliated with the BDS MOVEMENT, to (3). take over, and (4). become the main attraction in our “Small Town” Business District?

It’s also striking to see not one white woman on this panel of woman being honored. The cry of racism will never be silenced if black citizens, let alone elected leaders don’t move the needle to stop their own prejudice. This current crop of Commissioners are cut from the same mold as Frantz Pierre, who was FINALLY arrested and removed from office in 2018 after committing many of the same crimes and municipal violations as these new ones are. It took 11 years for the State Attorney to charge him with eleven felony counts when she couldn’t ignore his criminal acts any longer. For 11 long years, Frantz tried to portray me as nothing but a racist for exposing his crimes here on VotersOpinion in an attempt to shut me up. His protege, Paule Villard, is trying to use that exact same tactic on me, and now on Barbara Kramer because she happens to be my friend.
That Alinsky tactic (google it) might work on a person with no spine and no convictions (recognize anyone here, Fortuna?), but I am immune to that crap, and I refuse to shut up or back down. These four are the real racists in North Miami Beach, and it’s beyond obvious by the way they are scheming to make everything in NMB about and for their fellow Haitians. Sure, they’ll throw in a token Asian or Hispanic every once in a while to make it look like they are being “inclusive,” but that’s just for show.
Pay very close attention to what’s going on, from the way they literally gave a FREE ($10 a year) house to the Haitian American Nurses Association, and threw in nearly $100,000 in renovations as a gift — courtesy of your tax dollars. They would not do this for any organization that wasn’t Haitian run or owned.
The vendors these criminals hire through their manservant, Duke Sorey, are either Haitian owned or managed. He was hired for one reason and one reason only, to cover up crimes and misdeeds for his four bosses, and to prepare fraudulent budgets to make it look like the city is fiscally sound. On the rare instance no Haitian vendors are involved, Duke Sorey will manipulate the bid so that one of his special “Friends & Family” vendors from North Miami, i.e., Country Bill’s, will get the gig. Country Bill’s is billing NMB over $100,000 more than Coco Tree, which was the actual winner of the bid. Problem is, Coco Tree owes no allegiance to Duke Sorey and won’t dish out the “party favors” like good old Bill will.
Strong arming and bribing vendors was Myron Rosner’s specialty, too, and he finally got caught in 2012. Hopefully these current criminals will get caught, and sooner rather than later.
There is so much shit going on at City Hall, it would take a special prosecutor to sort out the multilevel corruption happening since November 2020, and especially since Hans and Duke were hired, both of whom are equally corrupt, which is why they were hired in the first place. It started with election fraud in November, and they have only stepped up their game since then.
Kathy Rundle, who is nothing but a political animal herself, is known to look the other way when it comes to holding Haitian elected officials accountable for their crimes, much as her office is doing now once again.
Nevertheless, I will not stop exposing them for the frauds that they are. They can’t bully me, they can’t scare me, and they can’t make me cry like Fortuna by calling me a racist. I am on to them and they know it, which is why they are lashing out and going after Barbara and even Tony as a distraction to take the focus off their own crimes.
