The dazzlingly corrupt and incompetent North Miami Beach Interim City Attorney Hans Ottinot was practically orgasmic when he received a letter from the Florida Elections Commission dismissing the first of two Complaints I filed against City Clerk Andrise for her failure to fine Michael Joseph for the late filing of his Campaign Treasurer’s Reports.
Clearly, Hans is not aware that this first Complaint is in the process of being amended to cure its legal insufficiency, nor is he aware that the second Complaint, which appears to be legally sufficient, is presently being investigated.
But, we’ll just let him be surprised.
Nevertheless, Hans immediately disseminated an email to City officials and staff announcing his “victory,” and at the same time libellously referring to me as a “serial racist Blogger,” and whining that I’m constantly “hurling racist attacks” against him.
Of course, I have never said one single thing about him that is even remotely racist.
And no, Hans. Consiglieri is not a racial epithet!
But to imbeciles like him who have no defense …

Hans apparently got his panties twisted because this blogger filed a Bar Complaint against him for providing “incompetent and illegal advice.”
Which, of course, has nothing at all to do with the color of his skin, but everything to do with his inability to competently practice law.
But, one which will be “vigorously defended.”
The color of his skin also has absolutely nothing to do with what happens next.

How does the word racist all the sudden become the go to word being hurled from the mouthes of NMB commissioners and now their attorney?
There must be something in that water.
Because North Miami Beach is now “progressive.”
Funny how all that Marxism works.

We didn’t see this in SIB, but there were plenty of other issues with him.
He’s defamed you and as an attorney he should know better. Then there’s the mention of Tony and Barbara. What’s that all about? I’m sure Barbara can’t wait to move on and I’m sure Tony is going crazy.
Surprisingly, the residents of NMB could care less how their commissioners and employees are ruining what was once a decent place.
He mentioned Tony and Barbara because the Bar Complaint instructions said to provide witnesses. I named them because I knew they would cooperate in an investigation. The truth is, however, I could have listed every single person who attended those meetings because they all witnessed each and every illegal vote sanctioned by the corrupt lawyer.
As for his libeling and defaming me, an intelligent and effective lawyer would know better. Hans is neither, and he will be sorry.
