“Narcissist”

You will recall that at the January 19, 2022 Commission Meeting, North Miami Beach Commissioner Kramer proposed the censuring of two of her colleagues on the dais for, well, being the criminals they are.

The first censure was against Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard “for Misrepresenting Herself as Vice Mayor,” for months after her temporary term as such had expired, an unethical action for which this blogger has filed one of seven (7) complaints (which is not the same number as 40, but math is hard for Paule) against her since April 15, 2015, when she ran for office the first time.

For the time being, however, we will present a synopsis of Barbara’s censure, as well as the basis of our complaint with the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics & Public Trust.

According to item 13.1 of the July 20, 2021 Commission Meeting Agenda, Daniela Jean was supposed to be appointed as Vice Mayor effective August 1, 2021.  Daniela’s gig was delayed because Paule deliberately broke quorum at the July 20th meeting for several reasons, the most glaring being that both Michael Joseph and McKenzie Fleurimond had left the meeting, and she lost her reliable four-vote majority.

By deliberately breaking quorum, which is a violation Chapter II, Article I, Subsection 2-2.1 of the North Miami Beach City Charter, Paule was able to extend her own four-month term as Vice Mayor by an additional month.  It was not until the August 17, 2021 Commission Meeting that Commissioner Jean was finally appointed according to item 13.1 of the Agenda.

At the December 14, 2021 Commission Meeting, Commissioner Fortuna Smukler was appointed for her four-month term as Vice Mayor according to item 13.1 of the Agenda.

Despite the fact that there were two successive Vice Mayors appointed, Paule Villard continued to exploit the position she no longer held from August 1, 2021 through at least the end of the year and beyond.

Accordingly, although her four-month term as Vice Mayor was originally scheduled to end on August 1, 2021, she continued to distribute campaign-like tote bags imprinted with “Vice Mayor Paule Villard Thanks YOU for your support” for months.

In fact, as we reported on January 19, 2022 in The ugly truth about Paule Villard, Paule was still handing them out at at her $200 Taxpayer-Funded Campaign Rally Gift Card Giveaway on December 11, 2021.

In case you’re interested, according to the Invoice for her “Vice Mayor” tote bags, North Miami Beach taxpayers contributed $1,830.59 to her campaign for re-election.

Even more despicable, on August 3, 2021, two days after her temporary term as Vice Mayor was supposed to end, she ordered 1,000 note cards still claiming to be the Vice Mayor, stacks of which were displayed on tables in the lobby of City Hall for at least a month or more after Daniela Jean was appointed as Vice Mayor.

According to the Invoice for these campaign-like note cards, North Miami Beach taxpayers contributed $145.00 to her campaign for re-election.

In addition to her campaign-like tote bags, Paule Villard was distributing these campaign-like note cards at her Taxpayer-Funded Campaign Rally Gift Card Giveaway on December 11, 2021, while still pretending to be the Vice Mayor.

WATCH!

As late as December 25, 2021, five months after her official gig as Vice Mayor ended, Paule was still exploiting the position.

At an event hosted by radio personality Rotschill Anderson, Paule gave out a Proclamation from the City to an entertainer.  Although she was ostensibly reading the proclamation verbatim, at the end she stated it was “Signed by Mayor Anthony DeFillipo, VICE MAYOR PAULE VILLARD, Commissioner McKenzie Fleurimond, Commissioner Daniela Jean, Commissioner Michael Joseph, Commissioner Barbara Kramer, Commissioner Fortuna Smukler, and yours truly.”

WATCH!

In actuality, the Proclamation dated December 25, 2021, a copy of which we obtained by making a public records request (which is not the same thing as stalking, but reality is hard for Paule), states that the Vice Mayor at the time was, in fact, Fortuna Smukler.

As you can see, we have clearly proven that Paule Villard is a bold-faced liar, and well deserving of the censure that Barbara Kramer proposed.

And yet, instead of acknowledging wrongdoing and apologizing for her egregious behavior, Paule immediately went on a rampage attacking Barbara for daring to expose the truth about her.

Paule started out by calling Barbara a “Default Fighting Radar.”

When Barbara said she had no idea what Paule was talking about, she dug her heels in, and repeated, “Default Fighting Radar.”

When Barbara still didn’t understand, Paule further “explained” by saying, “the person who’s always here trying to find the wrong in people.”

Alrighty then!

Clearly.

Even more hilarious, she accused Barbara of having a “narcistic [sic] type of personality.”

We’re pretty sure she was referring to a condition known as Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but with Paule’s utter lack of intelligence, as well as zero oratory skills, you never know what she’s talking about.

We finally figured out that Paule’s biggest “complaint” about Barbara is that she’s a “narcissist.”

That’s a pretty big word for Paule to spit out — being three syllables and all.

And one that she clearly has no idea how to say, much less define.

WATCH!

Since Paule is completely ignorant and uneducated about the topic of narcissism and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), as a public service we decided to help her out.

The Mayo Clinic, describes NPD as “a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others.  But behind this mask of extreme confidence lies a fragile self-esteem that’s vulnerable to the slightest criticism.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, people with the disorder can:

    • Have an exaggerated sense of self-importance
    • Have a sense of entitlement and require constant, excessive admiration
    • Expect to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it
    • Exaggerate achievements and talents
    • Be preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate
    • Believe they are superior and can only associate with equally special people
    • Monopolize conversations and belittle or look down on people they perceive as inferior
    • Expect special favors and unquestioning compliance with their expectations
    • Take advantage of others to get what they want
    • Have an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others
    • Be envious of others and believe others envy them
    • Behave in an arrogant or haughty manner, coming across as conceited, boastful and pretentious
    • Insist on having the best of everything — for instance, the best car or office

At the same time, people with narcissistic personality disorder have trouble handling anything they perceive as criticism, and they can:

    • Become impatient or angry when they don’t receive special treatment
    • Have significant interpersonal problems and easily feel slighted
    • React with rage or contempt and try to belittle the other person to make themselves appear superior
    • Have difficulty regulating emotions and behavior
    • Experience major problems dealing with stress and adapting to change
    • Feel depressed and moody because they fall short of perfection
    • Have secret feelings of insecurity, shame, vulnerability and humiliation

Ironically, all of the above describes Paule Villard to a tee!

But in case Paule is still having trouble figuring out how to actually read, we’ve curated a pictorial especially for her entitled, “Name that Narcissist!”

And, finally, we present the ultimate example of someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

As you can see, Paule Villard is a classic narcissist in every sense of the word.

The very same word she hurled at Barbara Kramer without having the slightest inkling what it meant.

With no clue that she was describing herself.

Then again, this woman is a virulent racist who calls everyone else a racist as a defense for her own criminal behavior.

PLEASE VOTE THIS NARCISSISTIC RACIST OUT ON NOVEMBER 8, 2022!

  1. Stephanie, I await with bated breath the North Miami Beach citizen that steps up to the plate and runs her out of the city. This by far is the most glaring comparisons of two commissioners in the same city. One great, and one painfully awful. That Paule Villard called Barbara Kramer a narcissist, she evidently doesn’t know the definition of one, but maybe now, after reading the blog, she’ll know exactly what one is, her! Actually, the narcissist that she is will most likely shake off this study and accuse you of being a hater.

Those pictures, and those post about herself would be indescribable if the word narcissist didn’t exist.

    1. She can call me whatever she wants, I’m just doing my job exposing public corruption. North Miami Beach taxpayers need to know how much money she’s stealing from them for her self-promotional campaign.

And Paule needs to know that she might fool a lot of people, but by the time election season comes around, every voter in North Miami Beach will know the truth about her illegal and unethical actions. They will be armed with enough information about this fraud, and hopefully get rid of her.

That’s the best I can do because, unlike Paule, I won’t break the law and literally walk people into the booth to fill out their ballots for them. (Yes, she did this!)

NMB voters will have to decide whether or not they want an organized criminal ring to keep running their city, or if they want accountability, transparency, and free and fair elections. They can’t have both if they vote for this racist criminal.

    1. So you think North Miami is becoming more aesthetically pleasing to the eye? While you’re driving around looking at all the pretty buildings, take care to stay out of the line of fire.

      Literally.

According to most recent (2020) statistics available:

You have a 1 in 125.3 chance of being the victim of a violent crime in North Miami each year. That compares to a 1 in 264.3 chance statewide.
The violent crime rate in North Miami is 797.8 per 100,000 people.
That’s 117.57% higher than the national rate of 366.7 per 100,000 people.
110.85% higher than the Florida violent crime rate of 378.4 per 100,000 people.

      But, enjoy the scenery.

  2. I’m not fooled by this ladies foolishness. We need to expect more from our leaders instead of all this pageantry.

    1. You can expect as much as you want from your leaders. But, until NMB voters elect honest, ethical, and fiscally responsible individuals, your expectations will never be met.

Paule Villard is a literal criminal. Aside from stealing your tax dollars and resources in more ways that you know (which will be revealed in due course), she has violated local and state laws. It’s only a matter of time until she gets caught and held accountable for her actions.

We here at VotersOpinion simply cannot tolerate public corruption, and we will do everything in our power to expose the perpetrators for their crimes.

We’re going Full Myron on Paule Villard. We can’t wait for the day we’ll be able to post her mug shot right here next to his. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
