We’re old enough to remember when the City of North Miami Beach was run by intelligent people who understood their roles at City Hall, who governed responsibly, and who passed legislation for the benefit of all the residents.
The city has since been hijacked by racist buffoons, who showcase their ignorance by violating state and municipal laws, committing perjury on the dais, and catering to only those residents who “look like them.”
We’re also old enough to remember when an accusation of racism was a serious charge, one not taken lightly, and used only when there was irrefutable proof that bigotry was being committed.
Being called a racist was one of the worst things imaginable, which caused the accused to engage in deep introspection into the root cause and exorcism of this shameful sin.
Unfortunately, because the word “racist” is now so overused and oft-repeated by those who are actually guilty of something for which they have no defense, it has lost its hurtful sting.
Being accused of “racism” by race hustlers like Paule Villard and her co-conspirators on the dais, who don’t want their crimes and unethical actions exposed to the world, is no more hurtful than being told “your mother wears army boots.”
Because we here at VotersOpinion don’t suffer fools gladly, and because we will not stop exposing corruption regardless of skin color, the Criminal Commissioners have resorted to weaponizing legislation to retaliate against their political enemies.
The biggest offender of them all is Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard, who continues to prove that she is ignorance personified.
And spectacularly so.
At the January 18, 2022 City Commission Meeting, Commissioner Barbara Kramer proposed the censuring of Paule Villard for “Misrepresenting Herself as Vice Mayor,” which lie she told on multiple occasions for months long after her temporary term as “Vice Mayor” expired.
Barbara also proposed the censuring of Paule and her co-conspirator, McKenzie Fleurimond, for deliberately breaking quorum at the July 20, 2021 City Commission Meeting in violation of Chapter II, Article I, Subsection 2-2.1 of the North Miami Beach City Charter.
McKenzie walked out without a word when Commissioner Michael Joseph had to leave for an emergency. Realizing that she lost her four-vote majority on the dais, Paule, who had been attending the meeting via Zoom, simply disappeared from view and refused to respond when asked if she was still in attendance.
Barbara’s discussion items about the censuring finally came up at 11:42 PM the night of the January 18, 2022 meeting.
In response to the charge of impersonating a “Vice Mayor,” Paule immediately lashed out by calling Barbara … A RACIST!
But, of course.
Never mind that Paule was caught red-handed on video several times of falsely claiming to be the “Vice Mayor,” none of that matters.
In Paule’s vacuous mind, she can do whatever she wants and get away with it because …
She’s “BLACK AND HAITIAN!”
But, of course.
When confronted with the absolute fact that she violated the City Charter by deliberately breaking quorum, Paule stupidly lashed out at Barbara for once walking out of a Strategic Planning Session, which is essentially a workshop.
Paule is apparently too uneducated to know the difference between an official City Commission Meeting, in which a quorum is required, and an informal workshop, which does not require one.
Furthermore, the mathematically challenged Paule is also too dense to understand that in order to have a quorum, at least five Commission members must be present. When Barbara left the Strategic Planning Session, there were still six members in the room.
You have to see Paule’s boundless idiocy to believe it!

If her “defense” weren’t incomprehensibly obtuse enough, Michael Joseph jumped on the Paule Race Card Bandwagon by falsely accusing Barbara of saying he was “a third of a man.”
Problem is …
IT NEVER HAPPENED!
Sure, things got heated during that Strategic Planning Session, but Barbara never once called Michael “a third of a man.”

Barbara had no illusions that neither Paule nor McKenzie would actually be censured because the four Criminal Commissioners, Michael Joseph, McKenzie Fleurimond, Paule Villard, and Daniela Jean, always vote in lock step with each other. But, Barbara forged ahead nevertheless so that their lies and Charter violations would be documented on the record permanently for posterity.
In retaliation, Paule resorted to her usual and customary, intellectually-challenged default response — she pulled out her Race Card and played the victim.
Paule instructed her personal, taxpayer-funded “lawyer,” Interim City Attorney Hans Ottinot, to prepare an imbecilic and poorly worded Resolution to be voted on at the February 15, 2022 City Commission Meeting, censuring Commissioner Barbara Kramer for making “inflammatory and racially charged comments toward her colleagues on the commission.”
We’d love to know what those “inflammatory and racially charged comments” might be, but the Resolution doesn’t say.
She did, however, reiterate Michael Joseph’s false accusation that Barbara called him “one third of a man.”
And by “false accusation,” we mean flat out lie.
Barbara Kramer never did and never would say such a thing. It’s just not in her vernacular.
We, on the other hand, have no problem saying that Michael Joseph is not a man at all.
Not even a fraction of a man.
He is nothing but a child.
A whiny, petulant, vindictive child, who throws temper tantrums when he doesn’t get his way.
But this isn’t about Michael — not yet anyway, so stay tuned …
This blog is about Paule’s retaliatory Resolution, in which she also accused Barbara of referring “to her Black colleagues as ‘you people’ and constantly yells at them like they are children.”
Maybe if Paule and her co-conspirators would stop acting like children, they wouldn’t need to be chastised.
Just saying.
The most hilarious part of Paule’s silly Resolution, however, is her censuring Barbara for having the audacity to even be acquainted with this blogger.
Yes, you read that right.
The feebleminded Paule included in her grammatically incorrect Resolution, “Commissioner Kramer constantly used her social media page to attack her Black colleagues by posting racially charged comments from a blogger, who once posted an electronic Blackface of the current African-American City Manager to ridicule the City Manager, and Commissioner Kramer reposted comments from the blogger included calling only Black officials criminals, corrupt and dumb even though these Black officials are not under any criminal investigation.”
Paule Villard is frustrated because she can’t stop us from exposing her unethical and criminal acts, so she’s childishly directing all her seething anger at Barbara Kramer.
We challenge her to recite even one “racially charged comment” that this blogger has ever made.
And no, posting an “electronic blackface,” a fictional term coined by race hoaxters like herself, does not qualify as “racially charged.”
Paule, on the other hand, is by far the most hateful racist to ever sit on the North Miami Beach dais.
Even more hateful than her mentor and close personal friend, Ex-Commissioner/Convicted Felon Frantz Pierre, who dug her up out of obscurity to run for office in 2015.
Almost every single one of her self-promotional events is advertised and geared only toward Haitians and other people who “look like her.”
Here are just a few.
Can you find the one token white face in any of these flyers?
Obviously, if Paule Villard had her druthers, North Miami Beach would be ethnically cleansed of any and all white people.
Paule’s latest vote-buying scheme is her offering of “SAT Prep” courses for North Miami Beach Senior High School students. Anyone interested in registering is directed to call her cell phone, 305-833-8922.
Of the hundreds of school poster templates that could have been used for this flyer at canva.com, Paule made sure to choose a template that featured only students who “look like her.”
Asian, Hispanic, and white students attending North Miami Beach Senior High School need not apply.
Because in Paule Villard’s racist world, those students simply do not exist.
As for her whining that this blogger calls her and her co-conspirators “criminals, corrupt and dumb,” we’ve already proven on numerous occasions that they are, in fact, criminals, corrupt, and dumb.
And even if Paule naively believes that none of them are “under any criminal investigation,” all four of them are the very definition of “criminal.”
Paule Villard’s false accusations of racism against Barbara, and by extension against this blogger, puts her in the exact same category as those other disgraced and debunked race hoaxters, Al Sharpton and Jussie Smollett.
An article in the Indiana Law Review, The Racial Hoax as Crime: The Law as Affirmation, concluded:
“In sum, a racial hoax law acknowledges American racial history, the power of negative stereotypes based upon this history, and the need for legal redress. Absent a specific legal intervention, like a racial hoax law, people will continue to use hoaxes to play the race card and avoid criminal liability. In fact, without substantive legal consequence, we are encouraging people to employ racial hoaxes. A racial hoax law would deter such incidents. Further, enactment would send a message, both real and symbolic, that we will not tolerate the wide-ranging and deleterious impact of racial hoaxes.”
Last December, actor Jussie Smollet was found guilty by a jury of his peers of, among other things, making false accusations of racism and staging a hate crime hoax. He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 10, 2022.
His conviction should serve as a warning to race hoaxters like Paule Villard to stop her hateful, racist behavior.
Yet, she stupidly persists.
Hey, Paule, here’s a little something for your bag of tricks.
Once again, Paule Villard has proven that she is, in fact, a criminal, corrupt, and inherently simple minded.
She’s also the worst kind of racist imaginable.

This is getting out of hand and people that use the race card and with all the proof that you present here should be held accountable. People of North Miami Beach, we should stand up and let our voices be heard, there’s more to our city than just the Haitian community , there is the hispanic, jewish, asian, European and middle eastern too, let’s speak up and vote and get proper representation for us at city hall!!!!
I am ashamed to say that I live in a City where this type of nonsense goes on at a commission meeting. I don’t see where this helps us, the residents of the City. Please stop the in-fighting and self promoting and concentrate on the job you were elected to do.
It’s not that simple in NMB. You have four criminals on the dais who have no idea what it means to LEGISLATE. All they want to do is spend YOUR money on parties and giveaways in order to buy votes for the next election, and illegally give themselves undeserved raises. They do not enact legislation for the benefit of the city, only for their own wallets. Barbara’s proposed censures were for the untruthful and unethical behavior committed by Paule and McKenzie, which is prohibited activity for public officials. They needed to be made an example of to prevent future malfeasance. Paule, on the other hand, wants to “censure” Barbara for something subjective, i.e., Paule’s misdirected perception of “racism.” In Paule’s warped mind, if a white person breathes, they are racist. Hopefully, the voters in North Miami Beach are finally seeing exactly who this person is and are having buyer’s remorse. They need to vote her out in November.

The unconscionable effort by Paule Villard to “try” and rip apart more than a decade of service by Barbara Kramer was stunning. I watched with horror, Tuesday nights meeting, where the entire commission, except for the Mayor, piled on her for being her! News flash, she is a well respected and well liked commissioner because she tells it like it is. She votes her way, not how others think she should vote. One knows this because she explains why and how she will vote on a matter. Unlike Paule Villard, where not an intelligent word comes out of her mouth.
The racist allegations were repulsive at best. We all know who Kramer is. We’ve been to her multicultural events, we hear her speak and we hear her passion for diversity and always asking for us to learn about each other. Then Daniella and McKenzie shut down Fortuna for using the word they, as if correction in that horrible manner is going to teach people anything. You can’t expect a person to just know what is okay or not okay to say when they wouldn’t know better, but then who says they’re right. I didn’t even understand what the heck was wrong with what she did say.
Kramer had a great response to all of these accusers and it was courageous of her to even sit there and listen to the lies and take the abuse. I would have never sat there, but she sure made them all look like the halfwits that they are. Everyone saw this for what it was, but many couldn’t have anticipated the comments from Fortuna. What happened there is anyone’s guess and one has to wonder what on earth her problem is. It seems she is with the four no good commissioners now, so good luck to Tony and Barbara. You couldn’t pay me 100k to be a commissioner in this city.
First of all, let’s get one thing straight. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING RACIST about the word “they.” It is a perfectly good pronoun, used by every English speaking person on the planet when referring to people other than yourself. There is “you” and there is “them.” This is English 101, and no amount of ignorance from race hustlers is going to make it about race. There is no reason any person, regardless of what color skin they have, SHOULD know or be taught something that doesn’t exist. “Electronic blackface” doesn’t exist except in the minds of race hustlers who need an excuse to accuse everyone of racism as a lame defense against their own wrongdoing or ignorance. It’s all bullshit. Don’t fall for it. When you agree to play their game, they win. When you refuse to give credence to their imaginary nonsense, they are exposed. Remember that!
Secondly, Fortuna is a spineless wimp who is shamelessly sucking up to the losers on the dais because (a) they happen to have the voting majority at the moment, and (b) she thinks not making waves will help her win her seat back in November. Whatever. I hope she has one or more challengers in the election because it will be fun to watch her squirm LOL!
What she did to Barbara, however, was the most despicable act of disloyalty I have ever seen. Barbara has been so good to Fortuna, both as a now-former friend and as a colleague. Barbara worked so hard to help get Fortuna elected in 2018, and she repaid Barbara by stabbing her in the back. I value loyalty above all other attributes, and by being a Judas, Fortuna has committed the ultimate transgression. At least the four Criminals on the dais show you who they are every single day. Fortuna pretends to be a good person, but in reality, she is a snake in the grass. I hope she goes down in flames in November and good riddance!
